Accessibility Statement

Our goal in this statement is to optimize usability and improve our service in all matters related to accessibility and equal rights for people with disabilities.

Our accessibility adjustments have been implemented in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Services) 2013, to Level AA, subject to changes and modifications based on the Israeli Standard Document.

Accessibility compatibility has been tested on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Mozilla, and Edge browsers.

Existing Accessibility Features on the Website

  • Support for all standard browsers (such as Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Mozilla).
  • Clear and readable content, using legible fonts.
  • Structured layout with headings, paragraphs, and lists.
  • Simple and user-friendly navigation, including accessible and clear menus.
  • Descriptive links, explaining where they lead upon clicking.
  • Quick navigation links at the beginning of the page for direct access to content.
  • Text descriptions for images and icons, supporting assistive technologies.
  • Responsive design, adapting to various screen resolutions.
  • Pause and play buttons for video galleries.
  • ARIA guidelines have been implemented to enhance content interpretation for screen readers.
  • Accessibility improvements for menus, forms, fields, tab elements, pop-ups, and more.

Adjusting Website Display

  • Users can increase or decrease the website display size by pressing CTRL + mouse wheel, or using CTRL + “+” to zoom in and CTRL + “-” to zoom out. Each step changes the screen size by 10%.
  • Font size adjustments can be made through the accessibility menu on the website.
  • Keyboard navigation support:
    • Users who cannot use a mouse can navigate the site using the “TAB” key to move between options.
    • Pressing “Enter” will activate the selected link.
  • No flashing or flickering content is included on the website. If such content exists, it can be stopped by hovering over it, clicking the mouse, or navigating to it using the “TAB” key and pressing “Enter”.

Adaptations for Visually and Hearing Impaired Users

  • Basic screen magnifiers (resolution adjustments).
  • Voice recognition software.
  • Built-in voice recognition tools from operating systems.

Accessibility Limitations

The website administration makes every effort to ensure that all displayed pages are accessible. However, some pages may not yet be fully adapted, or a suitable technological solution has not yet been found for their accessibility. Additionally, third-party advertisements published by businesses on the site may not be fully accessible.
