The “Sderot Adama” Movement Center is a center for movement and dance located in the Nir-Am neighborhood in Sderot and is operated by the “Sderot Adama Movement Center” Amutah (non-profit organization) (hereinafter – We, Us, or Adama Center). We conduct activities in the fields of teaching, guidance, instruction, therapy, as well as cultural events, dance festivals, and interdisciplinary art (all of which shall be referred to as – the Activity). On this website (www.adama.org.il) (hereinafter – the Website) and on our social media pages, we describe the Activity and offer those interested to register for them, including receiving mailing and a newsletter, registration and payment for various types of classes, and cultural events, dance festivals, and interdisciplinary art.

The use and browsing of the Website or the social media pages are subject to the Terms of Use detailed below (hereinafter – the Terms of Use) , and according to the Privacy Policy published here: https://adama.org.il/terms-and-privacy-he/.

It is clarified that you have no legal obligation to browse the Website or to provide the information collected, and if you do not agree to the terms detailed below, in whole or in part, you must immediately cease its use.

Active use of the Website or the social media pages, including the provision of information through the Website, indicates consent to the Terms of Use.

Adama Center is entitled to change the Terms of Use at any time, and this change shall have immediate effect upon its publication on the Website.

The use of the Website shall be subject to the Terms of Use that were in effect on the date and at the time the actual use was made. The term “User” below means any person who contacts or communicates with the Website.

Prohibition of Misuse

The Website and the services as defined below must not be misused, for example, attempting to disrupt access or information on the Website, damage the software that operates it, or perform any other activity on the Website that is not in accordance with the normal and customary use of websites.

Adama Center may block or restrict access to the Website for a User who does not comply with the Terms of Use or part of them.

If you use the Website as part of your activity in any organization, the consent to the Terms of Use also binds the organization on whose behalf you use the Website, and you hereby confirm that you have the authority to bind the organization as stated.

The use of the Website is in accordance with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the provisions of the law. The use of the Website is for private and personal purposes only.

All intellectual property rights on the Website and in the content displayed on it belong to Adama Center or to third parties who have permitted Adama Center to use the works or content for the purpose of operating the Website.

We make every effort to act in accordance with the provisions of the law, including respecting copyrights and the prohibition of violating privacy.

Without derogating from all the above, Adama Center shall not be liable for any damage caused to you or a third party due to a violation of the provisions of these Terms of Use, and in particular as a result of a violation of this section, and you bear full and exclusive responsibility for any link, display, or publication of the content made by you, and undertake to indemnify or compensate Adama Center for any damage caused as a result.

The Information Published on the Website is Intended to Provide General Information

The Website includes information and content in various fields, including professional fields. The content is intended to provide general information and guidance only, and not to replace professional advice where it is required. In case of doubt on this matter, the relevant professional bodies should be contacted.

Information Collection for Automated Mailing Purposes

When you browse our social media pages, your use of our social media pages is also subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant social network (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Links to external websites that do not belong to Adama Center are not the responsibility of Adama Center, and the rules set by the operators of those websites will apply to them.

Links to third-party sites should not be interpreted as approval, recommendation, or preference by Adama Center for those linked sites, including the documents and any other material contained in them, the site operators, or the products presented on them.

Exclusive Jurisdiction in Tel Aviv

The use of the Website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive place of jurisdiction according to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or other provisions applicable to the use of the Website is the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

The Terms of Use are formulated in the masculine gender for convenience only.

Technological information and Cookies for the proper operation of the Website and monitoring its use – During the use and browsing of the Website, technological information may be collected for the purpose of operating the Website, its proper functioning, and its security (such as: IP address, browser type, referral pages, entry times, and data about the use of the Website), as detailed below.

Personal Information Required for Maintaining Contact or Conducting Adama Center Activities

We may collect personal information from you that is required for the Activity (as needed), including contact details, biographical information (such as CVs), information about healthy medical condition (such as a health declaration), and other details required for the operation of the Activity (such as identification documents).

Payments for Activities and the Tranzila Clearing Provider

For paid activities, we collect payments through the Tranzila clearing provider, in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policy of this provider: https://www.tranzila.com/privacy.html. We do not collect or store payment method details, only the data regarding the payment execution.

Information Collection for Automated Mailing Purposes

By providing contact information on the Website, you explicitly consent to receiving direct mailing in accordance with the law, as well as advertisements from Adama Center or anyone on its behalf, in accordance with Section 30a of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) of 1982. The advertisements will be sent to you using the details you provided during registration. With Whom We Share the Personal Information We Collect

The information is shared with service providers as required for performing activities (such as the operator of the Website for Adama Center), with social networks (as detailed above), and with partners for conducting various types of activities, as well as with service providers for us, such as the insurance company insuring the Activity.

We may use ‘Cookies’ on the Website for its ongoing and proper operation, including collecting statistical data about the use of the Website, for detail verification, adapting the Website to your personal preferences, for information security purposes, and more.

Information Collected on Our Social Media Pages:

WhatsApp Groups

We have a business WhatsApp account. Your joining our WhatsApp groups depends on your request or approval, and of course, you can leave the group or notify us of your request regarding the matter at any time. This policy applies to the activity in the WhatsApp group.

We use the Google Forms software for event registration, and the use of this software is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

When you browse our social media pages, information is collected by the platform, and we receive aggregated statistical and analytical data (such as: average age, gender, general location, number of engagements) from the platform. Your use of our social media pages is also subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant social network (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). We recommend reviewing their policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms.

Limitations on Information Sharing and Exceptions

Beyond what is stated above regarding service providers and partners, Adama Center will not transfer the personal information you provided, and the details collected about your activity to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

  • Insofar as it is required for the proper operation of the Website.
  • If you violate the provisions of the Website’s Terms of Use, or if you perform actions through the Website that, in the opinion of Adama Center, are contrary to the law.
  • If Adama Center receives a judicial order, or a request from an authorized authority, instructing it to provide your details or the information about you to a third party.
  • In any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand, or legal proceedings, if any, between you and Adama Center.
  • Protection of Our Rights: For enforcing this policy or for the purpose of protecting our legal rights.
  • In any case where Adama Center believes that the disclosure of information is necessary to protect you, prevent serious harm to your body or property, or to the body or property of a third party.

Cloud Services and Transfer of Information Abroad

The collected information is stored by Adama Center in its systems, and among other things, through cloud computing services, some of which are located abroad, for example, filling in information using Google Forms software. 

Your consent to this policy also constitutes consent to the storage of information abroad and its transfer outside of Israel.

Collection of Information on Minors

The Website and Adama Center’s activities are not intended for use by minors under the age of 18. If you are interested in Adama Center’s Activity, please contact us and we will send you an appropriate parental consent form.

Information Security and Cyber Protection

Adama Center operates in accordance with the provisions of the law to secure its systems and the information it collects to minimize the risks of theft, damage, loss, or unauthorized access to the information.

However, there is no certainty that these applications absolutely guarantee that personal information will not be exposed or stolen from the databases. Therefore, Adama Center does not guarantee that the services and information systems will be immune from unauthorized access to the information stored in them. By using the Website and its services, you are aware of and agree to these limitations.

Right to Review and Correct Information

According to the Protection of Privacy Law of 1981, every person is entitled to review, on his own or by his authorized representative in writing or by a guardian, the information about him held in a database. A person who has reviewed the information about him and found it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, may appeal to the controller of the database with a request to correct or delete the information. If the controller of the database refuses, he must notify the applicant in the manner and way prescribed in the regulations under the Protection of Privacy Law. The applicant may appeal the refusal of the database controller to allow review and the notice of refusal to correct or delete information in the manner and way prescribed in the regulations.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Adama Center is entitled to change the terms of the Privacy Policy from time to time.

If material changes are made to the policy, a notice will be published on the Website’s homepage 30 days before the changes take effect. If other, non-material changes are made to the policy, a notice will be published on the Website’s homepage 7 days before they take effect – unless changes are made to the policy in accordance with the provisions of any law, or the demand of an authorized authority, in which case the changes will take effect in accordance with the provisions of the law or the said demand.

Continued use of the Website after the policy change indicates your consent to the amended policy. If you do not agree with the updated version of the policy, you must cease any further use of the Website.
